Replacement Properties to market. We offer more than an "introduction" to the industry. We're an active, hands-on
partner from the initial structuring of a deal to the investors' exit, years down the road.
This full-service approach, building on experience and expertise developed over years in the industry, has
enabled Direct Capital Securities to raise over $250mm in combined equity for our Real Estate and Energy
Sponsors over the past 12 months and an additional $220mm of equity through our retail division. When it comes
to raising equity, our turnkey method works.
First, we assist with PPM development, coordinating and conducting third-party due diligence and obtaining tax
opinions. Then, we provide marketing services to help Sponsors reach accredited investors through the Broker
Dealer community. From property brochures to virtual tours, a complete marketing campaign is developed to
support each Sponsor program. By handling the details, we simplify the process.
Once the Property hits the street, we introduce it into our established and continuously expanding distribution
channels. Regular email announcements, conference calls and product updates keep our Sponsors' properties top
of mind and help expedite the equity raise. Finally, through an affiliate, we continue serving our Sponsors by
distributing investor checks and reports.
