With over ten years of experience in residential and commercial real estate
transactions, Lisa specializes in helping individual investors find suitable
properties that meet their short and long-term investment objectives.
Her current focus for Direct Capital Securities is development and expansion
into the greater Midwest and Southeast markets. While California and Florida
lead the way in terms of TIC volume, more and more investors in the Midwest
and Central United States are capitalizing on the benefits of fractional
property ownership. Lisa has used her presence in the Midwest market to
proactively educate investors--as well as their tax and legal advisors--on
the key benefits of exchanging into TIC and Energy replacement properties.
Lisa holds FINRA series 22 and 63 licenses, as well as being licensed in real
estate. She is a member of the national Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW)
organization.
