Mike joined Direct Capital Securities in March of 2006 and is actively
involved in assisting clients in the realignment of their investment
portfolios through tax deferred exchanges into Tenant in Common (TIC) and
energy investments.
Licensed as real estate broker in 1994 with a CCIM designation earned in
1999 Mike has operated his own boutique firm since 1998 and established a
reputation of competence within the real estate marketing community where
success is predicated on the integrity of skilled negotiation and
presentation.
Mikeıs previous experience in financial markets comes from 18 years of
diverse sales and marketing experience in the international foreign exchange
and money markets. His service in the worldıs major financial centers of
London, New York and Los Angeles where the customer base was the worldıs
leading banks allowed him to hone his skills in finding lucrative investment
opportunities for his clients.
