Rick Martinez has been in the real estate industry since 1998. His experience ranges from construction to sales including key participation in $100+ million turn-key land development projects in Denver, California, New Mexico, Georgia, and Florida.
In 2003, Rick turned his attention to serving investors seeking quality, diversified replacement property for their commercial real estate portfolios. An active commercial real estate investor himself, he offers other individual investors extensive knowledge of real estate value within the securitized replacement property industry. More importantly, he has a good feel for determining upside potential present in property. This skill has been honed while developing his personal real estate portfolio that currently spans three states.
Rick is married with two children, Kaden and Shea. The Martinez family resides in Northridge, California.
A graduate of the University of Miami, Rick holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Rick is an active member of the Tenant-In-Common Association.
